Our Founder
Jason Zins
Founder & Managing Partner
Previously, Jason was a Senior Vice President in the Capital Solutions Group at First Trust, a $200 billion asset manager. Prior to that, Jason was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at SkyBridge Capital, a multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager in New York. He built the firm’s venture and growth equity business, ultimately investing over $400 million in primary and secondary transactions. Jason has deep experience in sourcing, structuring and executing complex private markets transactions, in addition to fundraising for co-investment deals. He also has experience across other private market asset classes, including private credit, hedge funds, real estate and digital assets. Jason regularly presents at industry conferences and in media appearances. He has over 12 years of experience working in financial services and began his career at Bloomberg LP. He received his B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.

The team has a track record & established a strong reputation sourcing and structuring private market opportunities for clients. We've deployed over $450 million in primary & secondary venture transactions at prior firms, including $250 million of single-asset SPVs.
Industry Challenges
Historically, direct private deals and co-investments have been reserved for institutional allocators and have not been offered to RIAs, Family Offices, and High Net Worth individuals. These deals are difficult to access and can be operationally burdensome to execute for non-institutional investors.
